We get called in when things don’t make sense.
Here’s why.
Analysis
“Ask why until you can ask why no more.” This is our approach to everything. Don’t be afraid to keep asking why until you feel satisfied that we have done our best to take all factors into account. Only then, we can move into the next phase with confidence.
Design
Our goal is to get you the tools you need to meet your challenge. Just as every individual is different, every organization is different. I do not believe in “one size fits all”. When we design something for you, be that software, a policy, or a process, your context and culture will guide our choices.
Development
As we build together, we will set clear expectations and milestones to be able to track our progress. Adaptability is key while still making headway. I believe in “teaching a person to fish”, so my approach is to create something together that you will be able to use and maintain on your own going forward.
Implementation
It’s time to release our work to the world! By this phase, we will have put in the work to create as close to ideal a solution as possible for your project. We won’t know for sure until it’s in the hands of your users, so I like to approach this phase with open hands and an open heart.
Evaluation
Lip service is paid to this step or is often skipped in many projects, but we believe this is one of the most important steps. “The best laid plans…” You know the rest. Once the solution is in the hands of your users, it is important to listen to feedback and make changes if necessary. The solution may be with you for years – it is worth it to make sure you and your users “can abide” with it!
Training
This is quite possibly our founder’s favorite part. Training needs to be customized for the community using the solution, and this is where our expertise in instructional designer and public speaking are indispensable. We want your users to feel confident enough to talk with you about any concerns or suggestions they may have about the solution. Communication can’t happen effectively without understanding, and it’s our goal to equip your community with the knowledge and resources they need to do what they need to do.
